3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders within South Africa typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or no one is available to receive it, the carrier may return it to us. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment, but additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
