Products purchased outside of South Africa are not covered under Dreame South Africa's warranty policy. Products purchased from Dreame South Africa are covered exclusively within South Africa.

For warranty claims relating to products purchased internationally, customers should contact the authorised retailer or distributor in the country of purchase.

Should Dreame South Africa be able to assist with a product purchased outside of our authorised region, any inspection, repair, parts replacement, shipping, or service costs may be subject to a service fee and will be charged to the customer. Such products are not eligible for warranty coverage through Dreame South Africa.
